How many guests can the property accommodate?
The 6,000 sq ft waterfront home comfortably hosts 20 to 30 guests across four private sleeping areas and three dormitory-style spaces.
Is the property rented exclusively?
Yes. Every booking includes exclusive use of the entire property, grounds, and amenities for the duration of your stay.
Can we bring our own facilitator or chef?
Absolutely. Many groups bring their own facilitators, chefs, or caterers. We can also recommend local partners.
Are meals included?
Meals are not included with the facility fee. Guests have full use of the kitchen and dining areas, or may arrange catering or in-house chefs.
What's included in the package price?
Exclusive use of the property, all common areas, the classroom/workshop space, pool, sauna, whirlpool, and waterfront grounds for the booked duration.
Are deposits or cleaning fees required?
A cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit may apply. Specifics are confirmed with your booking.
