By using this website or booking a stay at Alkebulan Oasis and Retreat, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully — they're written plainly because we'd rather you understand them than skim them.

Reservations

Inquiries submitted through this site are requests to begin a conversation. A reservation is confirmed only after we've corresponded directly, agreed on dates, and processed any required deposit. All packages and pricing are subject to availability.

Deposits & cancellations

A refundable security deposit and a cleaning fee may apply to your stay. Cancellation terms are shared with your booking confirmation and depend on lead time and group size.

Conduct on the property

We ask all guests to respect the land, the dwelling, and one another. The retreat is a private, residential setting; smoking, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.

Limitation of liability

Alkebulan Oasis and Retreat is not liable for personal injury, loss, or property damage beyond what is required by law. Guests participate in pool, sauna, water, and outdoor activities at their own risk.
